Last January we had our kitchen renovated and the installer of the cabinets, woodwork and granite countertop left us with major problems unresolved.
The granite top at the seam between two areas is not level and needs to be joined properly. Also, silicone is on the surface. It needs to be polished to smooth the surface. Also, since 3 doors were damaged, and several do not close properly, they need to come back and install/repair. The sink faucet was installed improperly, and doesn't reach the connections right. So they forced it and now there is a leak where the fixture meets the pipes under the sink. We paid the owner, Randi, all but $150 and he keeps making appointments to come back and then doesn't show up.
It is over 9 months since the job has been left unfinished.
