For a house that was meant to match up being built in the factory front and back sides not set to match which makes for some floor variances. Keystone roof assembly not put together right from manual installation book. Vents over doors not level. Carpet put over floors before sweep. Told to take hammer to those areas and breakup material, many areas. Electrical outlets placed in walls some up right and some down. Laundry room ceiling closet pieced in with drywall around furnace pipes. Guest closet over 5x5 bigger than a bathroom no ceiling light. Warranty people fixed kitchen sink and found water that has now raised wood in cabinet, needed new gaskets and tighten fittings. New stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator paid extra for doors dented on all four top corners, handles that don't stay level, doors don't line up on top. Told to take it up with Whirlpool. Dining room register out from wall over 6 inches rest set by baseboard. Floor plans show 38 inch front door came with 36 inch. Ceiling between bedrooms attic acess put in center and light off center, acess should have been put in closet. No plumbing acess panels for any plumbing areas, leak when house put in place found pipes from front and back pinched inbetween two halfs of house. Main bathroom leak behind shower had to cut hole in wall in bedroom to find. Water all over new insulation had to be replaced all wet. Woodwork in some areas barely 5 feet long, looks like - . Floor beams under home can be felt on floor in kitchen and dining area. Quality my %.
