It is their policy for tenants to pick up after their pets, mind you i never see anyone walking around with a bag in their hand. Where my apartment sits if you were to go out my sliding glass door there is a small area of grass. To be honest i do not pick up after my dog as soon as she goes but about every 2 days i will go and pick up all of the poo. Well when i got home about 4:30pm i noticed something on my porch, I will have you to know the so called grounds keeper saw my ex take out my dog and not clean up after her so when my ex left the grounds keeper went and picked up all the poo he could find in that small grassy area and put it on my porch right in front of my sliding glass door. I called the office with disbelief that someone would actually do that and she seemed to of blown me off got my number so she could call me in the morning. So i called the office at 8:48am that next morning Cathy said she was running late and hadn't had time to talk to him yet. So 10:20am rolls around still hadn't heard back from her so i left work to go up there and talk with them. She never once said I'm sorry for his actions and we do not tolerate that kind of behavior from our employees, instead it's made out as my fault cause i didn't clean up after her. Let me just say even if there would of been 30 piles of SHIT all from my dog i wouldn't think an apartment complex would allow a grounds keeper to respond in the manner he did. That is absolutely uncalled for i mean who in the HELL goes and picks up all the poo he can find and dump it on someones porch?
