Guaranteed they would sell my vacation property in six months and if they didn't I would get a full refund. They didn't sell my property and now they are trying to rip me off! They won't return my c

This company guaranteed me that they would sell my timeshare in six months. I paid them $1000 for the services, a contract was signed as well. They also guaranteed, if it wasn't sold in six months that I would get a full refund. This is also stated in the contract! Six months ended in Feburary and they have been giving me the run around since!
I've been calling and calling they always have excuses to why they haven't sent me a refund yet. I've been hung up on, kept on hold for 30 - 40 minutes, hoping I would hang up, and now when I call, the voicemail always pick up.
