Sorry there's nothing they are able to do to assist us. Does anybody understand what Bluegreens foreclosure procedure entails? I'm prepared to ignore it. We shall shed over $18000 (indeed we were that silly!) by allowing it to proceed but at this time I simply need this horse off my back. I'd happily take part in a-class action suit against them, simply provide me the facts. We've 3 businesses involved with attempting to sell or hire it (out 2000 there) no fortune, infact we'venot noticed from some of them within the 2-year because we registered. Globe Timshare Advertising, Peak Holidays, and Timeshare by Operator will also be scams and liars!
