Do not move to Granite Club Apartments in Houston, Tx. They are horrible!!! I had to get rid of the roaches myself because they will only spray for them if you request, and if any one knows anything about anything, you need to spray every apartment building to get rid of them, not just the apartment calling. That is equivalent to spraying one room in your house. Ridiculous.
On top of that, the A/C, leaks water into the carpet. I have called them on this for the fourth time. I am no A/C expert, but I do know that there is something wrong that did not get fixed for this to continue occuring. I am so estatic that the lease will end next month because I can't stand this place much longer.
There have been robberies, break ins, etc. The so called security gate is broken way more that it is functioning. The management will not respond to your calls and if and when they do, they will try to make is see so simple and little and taken care of.
I dont think anyone who pays there rent on time EVERY time should deserve this kind of crap. I absolutely HATE this place.
