Unbeleivably discouraged with CitiMortgage and need to protest... Anybody understand the national organization to direct our grievances?
Just how can we apply a duty exemption honor if CitiMortgage (INDIA) will not take accountability and manage our demand.
My husband is 100PERCENT Disabled Veteran and was certified from the state-of PA and also the Town and Region of Philadelphia for retroactive real-estate tax exemption (back again to September 07), but we can not obtain the duty division at CitiMortgage to talk to us to lessen the payment per month and also have our '09 escrow tax returned. Please recommend...
