I've been trying to benefit my house with Citimortgage since July 2. It's today September 28th and that I still haven't obtained a reimbursement check from their website. I first named directly into demand a benefit on May 28th because of my house being ruined with a storm on May 25th. The sent me a benefit on May 28th great till September 1st - since it requires thirty days to pay for a mortgage off - humorous thing is it requires them oneday to clear the cost!!! I delivered my check-off on July 2nd, seeking any discounts or return what to be shipped to my new tackle... Well they delivered my 'PAYOFFcheck, the check I delivered them, in my experience at my previous address - which lay there for 5 times till I eventually named Citimortgage to confirm my standing plus they explained the things they had completed. And so I visited my previous neighborhood and acquired my check in the City Area - where all the undeliverable packages were heading. I subsequently delivered it to Citimortgage seeking a benefit again - this time around by July 1st since it was July 1st currently. I subsequently named them regular looking into the position. Well - ACTUALLY on July 2nd I also closed a brand new mortgage with Citimortgage for my new house - they used my benefit check to that particular mortgage! Then when I named in and unearthed that out I had been mad and informed them-they must repair it, benefit the right mortgage by the day they obtained the check (that was allegedly July 10th). It was September 17th and that I spoke to some guy having said that the mortgage could be reduced by September 10th and that I might obtain my 'reimbursement' check - it'd be sent no later than July 21. I called back on July 28th and requested concerning the standing plus they stated my mortgage was compensated entirely by September 17th and my reimbursement check was to become shipped on July 3rd - I told them-they were incorrect and that I wasn't paying attention from July 10-July17. And that I required my check to be delivered overnight ASAP - she might just guarantee me it'd venture out the 3rd overnight. Nowadays is September 28th and we will have how this represents out - Citimortgage is undoubtedly the TOUGHEST organization I've actually handled and it has the TOUGHEST customer support in virtually any business INTERVAL!!! They're out to mess you from every dime they are able to. The moment I will justifiably change mortgage businesses - it's occurring and that I WON'T EVER suggest or help by any means some of my clients to put their mortgage with Citimortgage.
