We have been trying to work with Homecomings for several months to come to an agreement regarding our account. You wait 50 min. On hold just to speak to a different person each time, just for them to give you the run around over and over. NO one gives you the same answer - then send us a couple grand and we will see if we can modify your loan for you. HA I have been given a different reason for not modifying our loan at least 3x, s. However, they are more than willing to raise an already outrageous interest rate yet again. Other companies are becoming easier to work with due to the current mortgage issue whats up with homecomings? I WONT let them take my home with out a fight! And exactly what are my payments being posted to???
