Declined to provide credit history to potential tenant!

I'm a dealing with a few who requested a rental home in the region outlined by Leave 1. The credit history was necessary for the pair that was run by Leave 1. The pair was refused the rental. I required a duplicate of the statement for that pair and also the agent (Connie Stommel). It's my knowledge regulations demands her to supply a duplicate of the statement towards the pair. Ms Stommel says No.
