Ordered one pair of silicon toe shields ($15.98 pair $6.95 ship & $0.95 for assured del) TL = $23.88.

Cut off circulation. To send back, had to fill out extensive paper work (part of their game). Then they 'GAVE' me (or so I thought) a return label. MEANWHILE cust srv talked me into ordering larger pair, wouldn't send out new pair w/o receipt of 1st pair, so I paid addn $23.88 to find out 2nd pair also cut off circulation. Nobody could wear this item w/o problems).

Sent back first pair, they don't refund shipping, then I find out they CHARGE you for the return address labels they supply! Who does this?! No other company I've done business with before has done this!? O_O
