Dan Burgess of Easystreet Realty continued to persuade us to sell our home when we were having doubts. Mainly showed use $200, 000 + pieces of crap or new homes that he had "hook ups" with. He tricked us for comission and now we'll be living in an apartment until we find a home. This man has other complaints and has also been a police officer in which he was terminated for turning on his department with allegations in which there was lack of evidence. Also illegally searched and question a student despite his request for his parents and lawyer. If this man is your realtor be careful of the appraiser. The appraisal was our only way out of keeping our home and somehow appraised $23, 000 from one year ago. It was exacly the asking price. Do not give this man your credit card number. He can't be trusted. Find a reputable realtor.
