Charged After Promised One Month Service and Refund Refused

I bought their product for only one month service. They promised me in the email that they won't charge me anymore money after one month, but they continued to charge me just the day of full one month and they don't want to refund me. And find many excuses to refuse refund. The product is bad. Lots of fake information in the product. They just want to defraud people's money.
