My wife and I were moving from out of state and in an extreme time crunch. I found a house I liked and called RPM, Catelin got back to me promptly and I scheduled a showing, submitted my application and RPM got back with me quickly saying we got the house.
I think RPM would be outstanding if they stopped charging a processing fee every month and doing random inspections. I like my privacy and I thought we paid a deposit to prove we will take care of the place and we don't need to be "inspected" every month like I am back in the military.
