I just got off the phone with these people. They cancelled my service 2 months ago and are still billing me for a service they have not provided. I hate this company they overcharge. I also requested that they come and get their bill and was told I would need to send a certified letter that was on the contract that I NEVER signed. I asked the rep to email me this so called contract and she said she didn't have it... TOTAL SCAM and what a dishonest company
