At the Denton, Texas location, I was helped by an employee to purchase a Christmas tree, only to have it sold out from under me. I asked the employee to get it while I picked up another item, only to return to the employee saying he turned his back and it was gone. I am very disappointed. Never leave without your item, or it will be gone!
