I originally "challanged" Sal to give me a good reason why I should consider Empire over Home Depot. He confidently and diplomatically convinced me to set an appointment. At my home, Sal, convinced my wife and me to buy from Empire Today. Every aspect of the sale, delivery, and installation went smoothly. The installation team were true professionals and perfect gentlemen in our home. Our new carpeting in the family room looks and feels great! We never revealed the fact that we had already ordered from Home Depot! We cancelled that order after Sal's presentation!
