We hired Everdry years ago to get our crawlspace dry. It cost over $11,000 but our crawlspace has never been totally dry. They came out recently to do an assessment (3 or 4 days required) and made arrangements to start the work in 2 weeks, which came and went without a word from Everdry. We called them and made another date to start the work and one man came out for a day, left and didn't come back and he didn't call. When he did arrive he came alone again and worked a partial day, left and didn't come back or call again.
I have changed my plans several times to accommodate for the repair work.
I can not find a way to complain directly to the company. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Everdry headquarters?
