Door wall windows leak water and are drafty - Serious doorwall windows

In the summer of I paid Mulligan $11,993 for 10 energy star rated windows. The 2 custom door walls leak water inside and air anytime I face a 20mph wind or more. I am mopping up inside when it rains and stuffing rags in the top and bottom tracks during the winter. They have made numerous attempts to fix them over the 2 years but to no avail. I wrote the President in October to replace these door walls. He asked for more chances to fix the windows promising me results or he would make it right. After several more attempts, with no success, he informed me that their is nothing more he could do. I sent a letter on July 1 with a quote from a company to replace them for $5300, documentation from an energy audit company showing that the windows are defective and I requested that he cover the cost of the replacement windows. I asked for a response by July 12, and he has been unresponsive. He has deceived me with the quality of the window he said I was buying, (there is nothing energy star about these door walls), the status of the window manufacturer. I asked repeatedly to bring in a representative from the window manufacturer to review the quality of the window. I was told everything from "they will not come out or they said it is an installation problem." I found out when I attempted to call the manufacturer on 6/10 for assistance and they informed me that the company was sold in 2012. May be that is why they will not get involved. He also deceived me when I was contacted by his attorney to have an independent 3rd party to review the window to determine cause. I agreed to it since it was an independent and objective opinion. Mr. Habucke informed me that the third party person was part of the new manufacturer. Their was nothing objective about this process. I paid nearly $12000 for windows that are worse than the ones I had! I refuse to spend a 3rd winter stuffing my windows with rags for insulation and mopping up after a rain. My independent audit shows through many thermal images that these windows are defective.

I have a bid from a reputable company to replace those door walls for $5300. It seems an appropriate percentage of the total ($11,993) that I paid to his company. I would expect Mr. Habucke to refund me $5300 to replace these door walls
