My husband bought a house through Wendt Key Realty. The Wendt Key Realty representative is very unorganized. Mainly, at the closing of the house, there was no set date in the paperwork to find out when we could move into our house. When we finally found out the date, almost a month beforehand, we found out that that date was a misunderstanding, 4 days before we were supposed to be moving in. This is after asking repeatedly if this was the correct date. My husband scheduled to have the date off. We have the utilities going into our name on this date, and a cable guy coming the day after our supposed move in date. I cannot believe that this establishment would not have all of these minor details worked out on the closing date when all the paperwork was signed at closing. I would not recommend Wendt Key Realty to any of my friends or family. I am very dissatisfied with the service there.
