Dan allowed me to shop as long as i liked, he never pushed. He answered my questions with seasoned professional knowledge. After i selected a perfect mohawk product from their vast selection, dan himself came to my home and expertly measured my rooms and provided a price quote that was very fair. My carpet saw installed ny an expert crew. It is beautiful. I cannot explain how happy i am with bay carpet and what value!!!
