I have had a terrible experience with my Mungo home in Oakwood Commons. If you buy a Mungo home make sure everything is in order throughout the building process and DO NOT buy a spec home. I have witnessed some terrible business practices as my neighborhood continues to grow, and they refuse to fix some major issues with my home. "I'm not going to fix that" is all I heard from the warranty reps. NEVER AGAIN!
