Total scam, charged me $2,000 for home warranty and refuse to repair AC unit

Sensible Home Warranty is terrible, truly lying low life scumbags. I paid over $2,000 for my home warranty and they refuse to repair my AC unit after about four failures over six months. Look at all of the BBB compaints, hundreds of them plus state of WA shut them down in their state.
