I was disturbed to find that this companies customer service department could not refund my money fully. After being on the phone with 2 agents, I was given an email to contact their manager. I thought that was their way of dismissing me so they would not have to deal with me anymore. I was confused because I thought they could just transfer my call to their manager instead of me emailing.
I sent an email, expecting to not get a response, and wouldnt you know it, the next day, Karmen, their Customer Service Manager emailed me back. Karmen was clear with instructions for me to get my refund. The next day, I had my refund back in my account and my peace of mind back in my thoughts.
For a transaction that started off frustrating, I was very happy with the outcome.
