Have had the premier coverage for over 8 months and the first time I called to have my pool looked at (the multiport broke), they refused coverage becuase my motor made a noise and my filter had rust on it. They didn't even address the multiport issue, which was what needed repair. We ended up getting it fixed with a local repairman, and are fighting the claim. Terrible service and terrible coverage.
