I ordered the Prodex Total 48 Inch Assorted Cut Pieces on 2/13/1013. (Ships Feb.
22 Approx) They did ship 3 of 4 pieces I had ordered. They would ship my 4th and final around 2/22 - I have contacted them 2x since then the first time they said "I apologize. The Prodex Total 48 Inch Assorted Cut has an new Estimated ship date: March 11." After that date they will not respond to my email Inquires and have not shipped! Now 1 full Month later they still have not shipped and will not answer emails!
When i 1st ordered from them about 5 years ago they shipped 48 inch instead of 24 inch, I should have known then but I really liked the product and didnt want to pay return shipping.
So unless you live close enough to go pick the product up in person - then buyer beware, especially if you have a tight schedule! I did file a BBB complaint!
