I bought approx, $2000.00 worth of Preodex's, best insulation for a shop we are putting up. When the contractor went to install it, it exposed heavy black spots in the foil, and the foil was peeling off. I contacted insulation 4 less, and they refuse to stand behind the product. The owner there stonewalled me, and then would not even take a call, and blocked my email access to him to resolve the issue. I may have to sue Prodex, and Insulation 4 less to get any justice. This guy is sweet as pie, so long as You're spending money with him, but a real jerk when it comes time to stand up and back the product. I've given the Company over month to remedy the problem, and now I will have to waste more time letting the world know what a low down outfit this is.
