Horrible! Took day off work, moved all my valuables and disconnected all electronics and made arrangements for 3 kids and with inlaws in town and I'm also disabled so the task was harder, I paid, and the installers NEVER came! Then lied and I caught them! No one ever called to try and make the situation better and still no refund!!! Horrible! D
