Hello I need your help in a matter that is getting out of hand. My Employer Cryogenics Transportation General Manager took money out of my wages almost a 1000.00 this happened back in Aug. 2011 I ran out of hours and had to stop driving and take the 10. Hours off coming up from San Diego ca. I had found a safe haven for the truck I thought parked the truck in a empty lot at night on a truck route but I did not see the sign and was towed away 6 miles so the next morning calls me in the office and tells me to sign this promissory note or I would be terminated I said oh OK and he wanted me to pay in full I
told him no the best I can do is 50.00 a month but be took it out by the week 200.00 a month. That is one of the things he did I asked several time to learn the other Gases, I was hauling C02 semi tankers held said OK but never did.
There are quite a few other things as well J have a paper trail showing that I paid the promissory note in my check stubs. I also asked for a transfer to another terminal closer to my home because there was an opening and said he
would look.into it but never said anything to me. What he did was let others transfer and learn other Gases Went to the D.L.S.E. They told me it was against the law I told him and at the end of paying it back he let me go. He owes me
over 10000.00 in back pay plus the 1000.00 note I have Right to Sue letter from the EEOC. Went to retaliation hearing at Santa Ana ca. 04126/12 gave Denise Garner my paper work to show her that I paid the note at the D. L-s.E. And she told me
that day that she would read it. She calls me up and says that they want to settle this and that I have to pay the 1000.00 I asked her why you didnt read my paper work she said I don't have the time and she said that I'm not going too. How can you help me out? And He terminated me right at the end of paying it off. And now How can I trust that I'll get a fair hearing?
