Sent my $24.00 for a two year membership and for free pruners, kneeling cushion and $100.00 grocery coupons was told to go on-line to their web site like others reported can not get on their site want

Paid this company $24.00 for membership said i would receive free gifts tried to go on their web-site to activate my membership and claim my free pruners, kneeling cushion and $100.00 in grocery coupons. Their web-site will not open. Tried calling three times got disconnected. Would like my money back.
