The owner of glen knoll mhp chargeing to high of rent u pay 400 a month plus water and trash every month the water bill goes up and every year his rent goes up we have no park playground for the kids or a pool if u want a storge building u have to rent one from him for 50 a month so u pay 500 a month 400 rent 60 for water and 50 for storge building other park in the area charge 350 to 400 but u have a carport cover storge building and water in the rent and thhey have fishing lakes pool playground etc basketball corts and most parks in thee dallas forth worth
