Wich may look right on paper but the truth is that diakon is just exercising modern slavery' forcing mens young and old to work insame 14 hours and no making even the minimun wages no health plan, no insurance, no retirement, and we're what they independent contractors but we are contractor just to take tha liability of the whole operation ' we have to start at 630 am but paper says we start at 745 am papers says we finish at 700pm but we really finish at 830pm everyday thats 14 hous a day and some of those days we dont even make 50 bucks and we still have to pay taxes on that monies. Moving 20.000 twenty thousand pounds on your backs everyday it's no a joke for these scumbags be playing and abusing with the life of labor workers that dont know any better becouse all they want is food on their tables. When you are a independent contractor a company can not tell you how to do your job or when to do your job all the company should care about its the job getting done if they do otherwise them you're categorized as an employee entiled to all benefics and no over 40 hous a week unless you get pay overtime. So i don't even know why we have laws for these sccumbags make people work insame hours
Have to listen their bullsh*t everyday have to pay for all damages responsible or not just because they says so and top of that lift TWENTY THOUSAND POUNDS BY HANDS EVERYDAY thats what i call modern ays slavery.
