I work for this company and I am a white employee and over the past 2 years I can honestly say:
This company has racist managers who fire minority works, and even took money away from a mixed worker and increased her work load just because they wanted to see how much she would do for the lowest pay.
Its 2012 and CHANGE needs to come.
The sadest part is they have a black guy as operation director who is the paid slave driver and it really is modern age slavery.
