One more note for everyone that wants to complain about this company. Make sure to here on consumer complaints, becuase no one gets to see these complaints with any attorney general, but you should also complain to the Connecticut Attorney General's office at http://www.cslib.org/attygenl/mainlinks/tabindex3.htm
With enough complaints, they should be able to do something about this.
