Received a bill for what looked like a phone call to England. Called USBI (who claimed to be billing for One Call Comm. Out of
Indiana. USBI told me it was for an Internet dial-up connection when I was online. LIES!!! WE DON'T EVEN HAVE DIAL-up - WE USE CABLE so our computer never dials from one location to another IT's streaming web access.
Total scam. Everyone on this list needs to contact the
Texas Attorney general at:
Http: //www.oag. State. Tx.Us/consumer/complain. Shtml and wage a complaint with as many details as possible. TX number for the Consumer Credit commissioner is 800-538-1579.
This is a Texas corporation fraud problem and we can complain about and let's get them shut down.
Also contact the Attorney General for the state where the supposed real company that USBI is billing for is located. One Call Communications is in Indiana and when I called the General's office they told me they had tons of complaints and would work on it (They need a number of complaints before they work on it)!
