Rapid Screening has failed to issue a refund of $140.00.
On April 27 I called Rapid Screening Center to order drug testing that I needed for court. I had contacted the company to have a drug test done so I can present it to my lawyer for a court case. I had paid for a urine test at $70.00 and hair follicle test $169.00 which totaled $239.00. Julie explained to me that normally the urine test would cost $99 and the hair follice test cost $169, but because I had ordered the two test together the urine test would cost $70.00. I had went to Labcorp in Elgin, IL to have the testing done and was informed by the lab technician that I would have to take my braids down and she would cut 90 to 120 strands from my hair. I cancelled the testing because I had just had my hair braided and was unable to take it down. I spoke with Julie at RSC and she informed me that since I did not have the hair follicle testing done I would receive a refund of $140.00. Jule explained to me that it would take approximately 5 to 7 business days from when I reported it and that was on April 28. I have called several times and sent several emails to [email protected] and to julie's email address have not been responded to. I feel like I was scammed out of my money.
