The turkey must be out of their d*mn minds. They find out a persons identity and then listen in on their private conversation and get to know their target really well. They pick on people like girlfriends of people they just threw in jail whom are already desperate, not the hardened warlord criminals you would expect. Then they bombard the person with offers to by drugs (This is undoubtedly entrapment).
Turns out that most refuse but these turkeys have all the privy and just listen in illegally and come back fully loaded with more offers and all the inside scope.
