The Mesa PD conducted a raid on my residence last month stating they were looking for a meth lab, dangerous drugs for sale, illegal weapons and stolen cars.
Nothing like this was found in my home so they arrested me and my boyfriend for dog fighting and impounded our 7 pitbulls.
We were held overnight in jail and released the following day. The cops had destroyed the inside of my house, busted out my windows, took personal property that had nothing to do with what was on the search warrant, and worst of all took our dogs to the pound.
They wrote "out of business, thank you for your patronage, see you in 3 to 5" on the front of my house and took 65 lbs. Of dog food and poured it in my washing machine.
Well we went to court and our case was scratched. I was told I would have to contact Officer Justin Corvello to get my property back.
I called Officer Corvello and he said "You're not getting any of that stuff back" he said charges were being refiled and I would not be getting my personal property back ever.
Every day the cops pull over my friends leaving my house and say things to them like "what were you doing over at that dope house" and tell them they are lying when they say they just came over to kick it.
This is America where I thought you were innocent til proven guilty!
