May 21. I just got off work, and pulled into my driveway and 3 police cars came in right after me and arrested me. My ex girlfriend, who did not live at that address, broke into my house and my dogs attacked her. She called the police and told them she lived there and i told the dogs to attack her. They took me in front of the police car and noticed the dash camera on. I told them the lease to the house was on the coffee table and i can prove she doesn't live there and has never lived there. They took my cell phone, wallet and keys out of my pockets while i was in handcuffs and being videotaped. I asked them to please lock up my house and cars so she doesn't rip me off again. They gave her my wallet, keys and cell phone and my rolex watch to her, i told them they do not belong to her and i want my stuff back. They told me that the cars were hers. I told them to run the license plated all three vehicles are in my name, the wallet has my id and social security card in there that proves it's mine. They told me to shut the f* up and they can do whatever they want including towing my vehicles off. I told them it's on private property and unluss you get my permission or the owner's permission who lives out of state, the cars stay put. When i got booked in i called my sister and had her and my husband goto my house and tow all my vehicles to my parent's house. They went 7 hours after i got arrested. And all 3 cars were gone and my house was completely ransacked and all my valuables were stolen. I gave my sister full authority to report all my stuff stolen. The police would not take a report, but they allowed a burgular to break into my home the first time, and i got arrested for my dogs protecting their home. I have the right to protect my property whether it's a gun or dogs. They were inside dogs that proves she was inside the house when she got attacked. Who investigated that. Nobody. Who looked at the lease to see if she was on it. Nobody. Who allowed the criminal to walk, bastrop co. Then when she came back to the scene of the crime, she broke into my house again and stole all 3 of my vehicles. My house would not have been broken into again if the cops did their job and if they didn't give my stuff away against my will. That makes them an accesory to burgulary and 3 counts of car theft, and credit card theft, because she ran up my credit cards when i was locked up. I contacted bastrop co and they still to this day have not located any of my cars, belongings, etc... I lost over $48,000 worth of personal property not counting the $23,000 i shelled out for a lawyer because the detectives can't get off their fat ass and do their f*ing job that they get paid to do. Who is going to reimburse me for what i lost??? I hope somebody does it to one of them so they know what it feels like. Criminals helping criminals while the innocent stay in jail. The american justice system sucks ass
