Want to know more about how Mesa actually works?
A friend of mine helped me with this. I used to manage
property in Mesa, and found out what can happen when a town has no rental codes, no cops, and no rules to cover anything save the conspiracy that runs the berg...
Complaint:
I dont know if this will help on the consumer complaints but here goes. As you know we left in July. The last straw was the drug trafficking, the illegal aliens coming thru that complex, and the just total bull crap the owners were giving us about the complex. We reported the narcotic trafficking and the other illegal activities going on to the owner's representive and also to the drug task force of Mesa, P.D. But did they do anything? NO!!
Even the residents on Dana Ave. Across from "Dana East
Apartments" had complained to the police and nothing ever was ever done about the things going on there at "Dana East". But to give you the info on that 4th of July that was the final straw that broke the camel's back.
We told the owners that there would be trouble if they rented the front house to the people they rented to. There was already proof that they were having illegal aliens coming from Mexico and then leaving with two weeks after they got to "Dana East", sometimes even long before. Apt.# 4 and Apt# 8 had more traffic coming and going that a late nite burger shop. And ever bit of the
traffic in those two apartments were nothing but illegal
drugs and illegal aliens, and we were pretty sure,
stolen goods as well.
The people who rented the front house were the ones living in Apt# 8 and also living at a house on Lazona and also on that street that runs north and south and is between Lazona and Stapley, Doran Street. We were getting ready to come up to Show Low for the weekend. Any the people in the front house were told they were not allowed to have a party outside the house, no alcoholic beverages were allowed on the property (I.A. Parking lot and any place were the public could be able to see the beverages), nor they were not allowed to park in any parking spaces assigned to the other residents on "Dana East".
When Tracy and I came into the complex we witness a Mexican male defecating into the bushes next to the house, a very large party of over 30 people, alcohol beverages sitting on the wall around the patio of the house, underage juveniles drinking, and a drug sale in front of our apartment. There were plenty of witnesses.
The latter was in plain view of both Tracy and myself
and they were doing this, as if it were fine, right in the light of our headlights. I contacted the people who had rented the house and told them that the party would have to stop. I also told them that they had violated just about every rule at "Dana East Apartments". They were not happy to say the least and they told me that Tracy and I would get hurt if we contacted the police. I told them that they did not scare me and I contacted 9-1-1 at that time. As I contacted 9-1-1 the people in the front house again threatened Tracy with violence if we called the police. After 15 minutes and Mesa P.D. Had not arrived I called 9-1-1 again and told them that we had been threatened by the people in the front house.
The operator told me that I would have to wait.By this time I had gotten out my cane and was ready to use it if I had too. I was not going down without taking some of that scum with me.
We again contacted 9-1-1 about 45 minutes after the first
call and told the operator that if she didn't have the
police there soon there would be trouble and people were
going to be getting hurt. We also told the operator that we had been threatened with our lives and these people were capable to do it.
Mesa P.D. Arrived at the complex almost an hour after the first call to 9-1-1 call. I told them what was the problem and about the party and also about the drugs
sale in front of our apartment. The two police officers said to me, "What do you want us to do about it?" When I asked them what did they mean they said that there was nothing they could do because it was all done on private property and they told me that I needed to contact the manager.
I told them that I WAS the on-site manager and I wanted
them to do something about the people in the front house
and the threats made upon our lives. The officers
said that there nothing they could or would do. That is
when I got mad and told the two officers to get back
into their police vehicle and get their asses back
over to the Mormon Temple and stay the hell there.
But they had better be bring body bags if they got another
call there at "Dana East" for there was going to a hell of a lot of Mexican bodies for them. They got in my face and demanded if I was threatening to do something to the people if the house and I told Hell, No I wasn't threatening, I was making them a promise and I don't make threats. I then turned my back on them and Tracy told them they had better leave for I wasn't kidding and that if something did happened to me and her they (Mesa P.D.) would responsible for everything. She also told them that they were worthless as police officers and this kind of police help would not have been tolerated back in Texas.
I am, incidentally, a retired officer myself, now
disabled.
The police officers said something to her but she had turned her back to them and started to try to get me calmed down. At that time I was cussing them and the people in the front house telling them they I was not afraid of them or their people. And if they wanted to try something to me or Tracy they would not have to look far.
Tracy and I left that next morning and when we returned I was carrying a. 380 cal. Pistol on my hip. I made
sure that they knew that I was packing would use it on them if I had to. That is when I came to your apartment and got those hollow points from you. If you remembered there was not much traffic after that and till the day we finally left the hell hole of "Dana East Apartments" and the land of the "Blue Nazis"... Mesa Police Department. Hope this helps you and the "consumer complaints". I will get Drew to write down everything he can remember on what happened that day. I think Tracy has some more tales of the workings of Mesa's proud "Blue Nazis".
