Mosa'ad A. Al-Abdulmunem age 48, is a Saudi Arabian national who is responsible for felony abandonment of his child, Mohammad Sam Cox and myself, Deborah Allen Cox since July 1,1994. Sam was born on 06/06/1994 to myself, Deborah Allen Cox at Texas Women's Hospital in Houston, Texas county of Harris.
Mosa'ad A. Al-Abdulmunem is a well-to-do Saudi Arabian man who has come to the United States to study at the University of Indiana in 1999 to complete post-doctoral studies. I dated this man in Houston, TX between the years 1990 and 1993 when I became pregnant with his child. I have written to his work address which he publishes on google (if you would like re-prints please contacty Mosa'ad Al-Abdulmunem etc. Etc. Etc.) Well I have written to this address and given him enough information to send money and he simply ignores my letters.in addition I have files a child support enforcement case in the state of Washington where I now live. The state of Washington has closed the case stating that he lives in Saudi Arabia which does not comply with the Hague contract.
My son is now 17 this past June 6. We still struggle as can be expected and always hope that someday this man will pay his debt and be brought to justice.
