C.P.S. Of Ingham County
Opened an investigation and convinced my daughters father to keep her from me based on the fact i had a bench warrant

I have split legal and court order parenting time for my 3 almost 4 year old daughter. On a day that I had her C.P.S. Showed up with local law enforcement and made me return her to her father due to the fact that my probation officer called and told them I had a warrant for not showing up in court.

They have now convinced my daughters father to keep her from me. My P. O also told them the wrong reason I was on probation and they wont listen to me as to what the real reason is (which is public info, if they would just look into it)

I have done my research and they CANNOT order a parent to go against court orders, they also CANNOT remove a child without a warrant or signed order.
