I sent the following letter twice and received no reply, I first contacted Warmfront by phone in August.

I bought a 75% share of 28 Devon Gardens in August and was told the boiler wasn't working. I contacted Warmfront who said there would be no problem replacing the boiler. When the surveyor finally arrived some months later and after contacting the local councillor he informed me that because of a change in government policy he could not authorise the switching of the boiler to the garage. As I am disabled I can not do with out heat I had installed a boiler at a cost of 1,300 pounds. I am looking for this to be reimbursed.
Warmfront operate without guidelines as to who has the greatest need, and this must stop. Please reply by email.
