In Oct. 2012 I was sold a Viesmann boiler that was suppose to be state of the art. I paid $5,400.00 for a boiler with hot water on demand. The hot water never worked. I kept complaining to the installers, but they could not fix it. 3 months later the whole unit went, leaving us without heat or hot water for three days. The unit was replaced, but the hot water still didn't work. I have been told the only way to fix it would be to pay more money. This company is suppose to reputable, but I'm not so sure. They will not stand behind this boiler after I have already paid $5,400.00. They are suppose to be professionals, not me, why was I sold a boiler that would not work in my home? Why won't they make it right? What kind of company is this?
