BBB BBB uses false ratings based only on how much a business has paid

The BBB is blatantly allowing businesses to purchase their ratings. As an example, just months ago, Brookstone had the lowest score of an "F" until October 1st, when they became a "member." They now have an A rating, despite having the highest number of complaints against them by BBB's own charts.
