Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles Scott Butler the Pink Panther ABUSED a Poor Security Guard Just Because He Could And Montiel Let Him Do It

Just when you didn't think guard captain Scott "The Pink Panther" Butler couldn't sink any lower, he had one of the contract security guards FIRED just because he could. This poor hard working African-American woman trying to feed her family was FIRED because Scott decided he wanted to ruin someone's life. Of course that big PUSSY Butler wouldn't do it to her face, that would be the manly thing to do. He called the guard company she works for and had THEM do it. She was in tears when the guard company came and told her HACLA didn't want her there anymore. She didn't do anything wrong other than to be in Butler's line of sight when he decided to prove he was a man, which he isn't.
