HACLA Scott Butler Evacuated The Building And Called The LAPD SWAT Team Due To A Chicken In The Street

I'm NOT making this up! Today they made the mistake of leaving Guard Captain Scott Butler in charge and alone at HACLA Headquarters at 2600 Wilshire. Butler knows he is on his way out and is doing everything he can think of to protect his phoney baloney job. Larry Goins and John King (The only ADULTS at HACLA) took a group of big wigs on a dog and pony show to Watts today.

Around 4:15pm this afternoon, Butler, all full of himself as usual, was strutting around the building looking for people to harass when he stumbled upon a live chicken wandering on the sidewalk next to the employee parking lot on Rampart Street. Seeing the chicken, Butler barked into his radio, "Attention! Attention! CODE RED ALPHA ALERT AT CHECK POINT ROMEO!" The poor secretary answered him with, "What is a 'code red alpha alert'?" and Butler responded, "It is a secret police term that only police know and since you aren't the police I can't tell you.
