Incident
Representative from company called my business and spoke to an hourly employee and "tricked" them into purchasing Federal Workplace Posters. I understand this as a common sales tactic. No manager or owner authorized this purchase. When talking to the company they offer to take them back plus a restocking fee of $25 if I also pay to mail them back.
Damage Resulting
Time, energy and distraction from more important things. Nothing yet, just keep getting $99 invoices for a product we never wanted in the first place.
