DO NOT rent here. Based on my experience and opinion on living at this complex it is not what it seems. They really create a very deceptive "illusion" by keeping the complex looking nice and now also working on building the last phase of the complex. That is all they really care about. They do this so anyone that comes and looks to rent here they would want to live here but what they don't know is what they are getting into. You find out about how really things are after living here. The staff and especially the property manager Jamie does not care about the residents and if you complaint about anything it makes it worst. The management staff and the company that owns it - Gross Builders - do not care at all. When contact the corporate offices of Gross Builders and got in contact with their general manager Dick Devaney, made things worst since do not care and very unprofessional attitude. The more you complaint the worst it gets, believe me!!! Also what they tell you when you look into in general information at the end it is not what you get. To add to all this they use pool passes for the pool and since the pool is opening for the Spring/Summer 2010 season when went by the office to get the passes you only get 2 passes and for the first time you are presented and given the pool rules that you have no choice to agree to and sign or other wise you can not use the pool. Each pool pass is only valid for 2 people and YES, that includes the resident. So in total 4 people no matter what, no expections!!! They don't tell you about this pool rules when you look into renting here or even show you the pool rules until now. They show you all this rules that they have but at the end does not matters because they don't enforce anything and if you complaint about someone else doing something that is making the property look bad and not good for everyone else living here in general they get mad and really don't care. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the maintenance staff are very nice and polite and they are quick in responding to maintenance requests. That is the only good thing. Also with all the construction going on it is very noisy all day. Since they don't want to deal with the problems and don't care, after complaining several times the only thing they offered me have been to be able to break the lease without any penalties so can move somewhere else. They do this since they don't want to deal with anything and dont' care. That is the way for them with dealing with things. Of course since they have gave me that option currently looking for another place to live and as soon get approved somewhere else will be moving out as soon as possible. Moved to a new apartment in here but does no matters that is new from all the things that you get to face and deal with when living here. The apartments are decent size, they do give you a washer and dryer included but they don't give you an ice makers in the fridge. Also the washer and dryer are inside the bathroom. First time I have seen that. Again do not rent here or anywhere else that Gross Builders owns/manages since at the end you will get the same thing since everything goes to the same general manager in the company. This has been my opinion based on experience.
