My husband and I purchased a trailer in forest meadow trailer park about a year and half ago. The park was aware of the property we owned. Since we moved here, we have had nothing but problems out of the managment. When we brought the trailer, it wasn't even fit to live in. We have sunk alot of time and money into it and now the managment is telling us that we are not to keep our stuff here. I could understand it if we kept a nasty yard and it looked bad but that is not the case. The boat is in our driveway not hurting anyone. Our lease said that we could have our boat here from march to september. Now their telling us that we have to move it to another location. Who wants in a place that don't allow none of your property there. I feel that is unfair and a rip off. These people let us move in and do all this work for nothing. There are alot of empty trailers in here because of the way managment handles things. We have complained about the drain in front of our trailer numerous times but they wont fix it but they raised our lot rent in January. Don't move into this trailer park. Its a joke here.
